Orders
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that or on weekends ship the next business day.
You'll receive a FedEx tracking number by email the moment the carrier scans the parcel. Most US orders deliver within 1–2 business days.
If your order hasn't entered fulfillment, our support team can adjust or cancel. Once it ships, the order is final.

All orders ship from our Houston, TX cold-chain fulfillment facility. We do not currently ship outside the continental United States.
Yes. Outer packaging carries no Sanctum branding or compound identification. The carrier label lists only a generic return address.
Reach out to support — we will reship at no charge if a package is more than 3 days late or temperature-compromised on arrival.
Sanctum compounds are sold for in-vitro and animal model research conducted by qualified scientists. They are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, or treatment.
Use sterile bacteriostatic water. Swirl gently — do not shake. Reconstitution ratios are listed on every product page.
Stored at -20°C in original packaging, lyophilized compounds are stable for 24 months from the date of manufacture printed on the COA.
Every product page has a COA tab with the current lot's certificate. Past lots are searchable from the COA archive at /pages/coas.
An independent, ISO 17025-accredited analytical lab. Their identity appears on every PDF certificate alongside the chromatogram.
It does not ship. Failed lots are destroyed and replaced before being made available to customers. We do not sell partial-pass material.
Sealed, unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or reconstituted compounds are non-returnable for safety reasons.
Email a photo to support within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the order without question.
